Psychological supervision is a guidance for another mental health professional in training or practice. The main objective of supervision is to promote professional growth, ensure the quality of clinical practice and provide support and guidance to the person being supervised.
In my case, I am a supervisor accredited by the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families in London in Mentalization-Based Psychotherapy. Currently, I combine clinical practice with individual supervision, supervision of teams and institutions in the public mental health services.
During supervision sessions, I provide a safe and confidential space where the supervised professional can discuss clinical cases, raise concerns, reflect on practice and receive constructive feedback. I share my experience and knowledge, to help identify strengths and areas for improvement, provide guidance, professional ethics and handling of complex situations, as well as facilitate the growth and learning of the supervised person.
If you are interested in getting supervision, contact me indicating your specific area of interest and previous training.
Face-to-face and online supervisions are carried out.
